<p>PURPOSE:To string a wire efficiently and precisely by marking on the wire at the positions compensated by elongation exerted on the wire passing the wheel. (Conventionally, the wire to be stringed by prefab stringing method is marked measuring marks on it at the uncompensated position.) CONSTITUTION:Marking measuring marks which are marked on the wire to be stringed by prefab stringing method at the position compensated by elongation exerted on the wire passing the wheel. In the conventional procedure meauring mark a,b,c, are printed at regular intervals on the un-stringed wire 1(figure A), the wire 1 is extended in the arrow direction on stringing when the wire 1 passes the wheel, whereby the resulted positions of measuring marks deviate from the original positions to a',b',c', by elongations epsilon1,epsilon2,epsilon3, .
