PURPOSE:To obtain a stable oscillated output by providing a lambda/2 resonator, which has the first and the second capacitors at both ends, between respective gates of drain-grounded first and second FETs and taking out a microwave oscillated output from respective sources of first and second FETs through a hybrid circuit. CONSTITUTION:One end of lambda/2 resonator 35 is connected to the gate of drain- grounded first FET 31 through first capacitor 32, and the other end is connected to the gate of drain-grounded second FET 33 through second capacitor 34. In this constitution, the source output of first FET 31 is taken out as output Out1 through first matching load 36, and the source output from second FET 33 is taken out as output Out2 through second matching load 37. Thus, since the lambda/2 resonator is provided between gates of a pair of FETs to constitute an oscillator, the oscillated output with a wide band and a high stability can be obtained. |
