PURPOSE:To reduce the thermal loss of a constant-voltage circuit and to prevent the size of a screen from varying by enabling the power voltage of a horizontal deflecting circuit and that of an accelerating high-tension circuit to vary, securing fixed relations, with a received voltage. CONSTITUTION:Horizontal-deflecting power-supply control circuit 8 and accelerating high-tension power-supply control circuit 9 stabilize and apply a voltage from DC power supply to horizontal deflecting output circuit 1 and accelerating high- tension output circuit 3 respectively. According to the voltage variation of power supply 5, circuits 8 and 9 vary a constant output voltage determined by resistances R1 and R2, and R3 and R4. In general, since the relation among variation DELTAW in light-spot deviation, variation DELTAI in deflecting current and variation DELTAV in accelerating voltage is represented by DELTAW/WsimilarDELTAI/I-DELTAV/2V, the size of a screen can be stabilized by making the variation rate of the output voltage of circuit 9 twice as high as that of circuit 3. |
