PURPOSE:To ensure the excellent filter property at the high frequency region with the enhanced mechanical strength and the production yield, by providing in parallel the unit piezoelectric filters in which one unit of the piezoelectric filter element is provided with every insulator substrate with a fixed space between so that more than one of them can be connected in series to be unified. CONSTITUTION:Unit piezoelectric filter 200 in which one unit of piezoelectric filter element 201 is provided with every insulator plate 29 and 30 is distributed in parallel in more than one unit with a fixed space between so that they can be connected in series to be unified. As a result, the good filter property can be obtained at the high frequency region with increased mechanical strength and production yield. |
