PURPOSE:To rapidly and surely carry out attaching and detaching operation of a blade by simple constitution and operation. CONSTITUTION:A holding member 5 which is rotatable on the same shaft with a blade holder 4 is arranged under the blade holder 4 and the tops of pins 9 and 9 having a flange are protruded on the back face of the blade holder 4 to pivot the base end of these blades 23 and 23. A wave washer 16 is arranged between the holding member 5 and the cap 17 and the holding member 5 is integrally rotated with the blade holder 4 by urged wave washer 16 by assembling the rotator 3 with a fastening screw 18. Further, a moving ditch 12 consisting of a final end part 13 of the holding member 5 in which the top of the pin having the flange is fitted and a guide part for guiding the top of the pin having flange and separating the top from the holding member 5 by relatively rotating the holding member 5 against urging of the wave washer 16 are formed in the holding member 5. |
