PURPOSE:To enhance the cutting quality by forming the opening part of an outer member and the cutting-off leading end part of an inner member at an angle becoming 0 deg.<alpha <180 deg.. CONSTITUTION:The leading end part 13a of an inner cylinder 13 is formed into a cutting blade part and a predetermined angle alpha is formed between this leading end part 13a and the cutting blade 18a of an opening part 18. This angle alpha is formed so as to become 0 deg.<alpha<180 deg.. Then, the inner cylinder 13 is reciprocally moved in the direction shown by an arrow to cut off the object to be sucked received in the opening part 18. The cut-off object to be sucked is sent to a suction device through the inner cylinder 13 and a suction tube. As mentioned above, the inner cylinder 13 is gradually meshed with the cutting blade 18a of the opening part 18 at the time of reciprocal movement in the direction shown by the arrow to cut the object to be sucked. Therefore, the press-cutting force of the object to be sucked is gradually applied along the cutting blade 18a and, as a result, the cutting quality to the object to be sucked is improved. |
