Process for the preparation of products for use in aerosol form comprising the preparation of a base composition, the introduction of this composition into an aerosol container and the use of a propellant, wherein the composition is previously inoculated with micro-organisms able to bring about fermentation with the giving off within the container of carbondioxide gas which serves as the propellant.
