PURPOSE:To reduce the weight without increasing the number of parts, improve the stiffness, and supress bell resonance, by curling the outer brim or inner brim of a diaphragm, and forming a pipe-shaped brim. CONSTITUTION:the dome part of a dome-shaped diaphragm 1 is formed by press- ing, or others and the outer brim is curled outwards more than 3/4 of rotation in a nearly circular form by spinning, and a curled brim 9 is shaped up. The inside of the brim 9 is wound with voice coil 5, and a bobbin 4 is inserted and secured. Thus, the vibration system is constituted. |
