PURPOSE:To enable to perform correct count according to the quantity of movement of a runner, by measnuring the time in air during running. CONSTITUTION:When a runner starts running on the mat 1, the switch 1s is closed and opened according to the running and the signal 1a is inputted to the control circuit 2 and inverted, being into the gate open signal 2a. When this is at ''H'' (the both legs of the runner are not on the mat), the pulse of the pulse generator 7 is the signal train 6a through the AND gate 6, is counted 3 and it is added 4 with the value of the memory transistor 5(it is zero at initial condition) and memorized 5 when the addition signal 2b is at ''H'', and the counter 3 is reset to zero with the reset signal 2c. When the signal 2a is again at ''H'', the signal train 6a is counted 3 and is added 4 to the value of the memory register 5 and the memory value is sequentially renewed. The process of renewal is displayed 8 and the runner itself can know the quqntity of movement of himself correctly. |
