<p>PURPOSE:To provide an aligned conveying apparatus which can align certain freight group in variously aligned state into the state of single row in predetermined direction merely by placing them on a conveyor. CONSTITUTION:This aligned conveying apparatus has a series of conveyors 11 longitudinally arranged in parallel with a number of rollers 14 between a pair of parallel frames 12, 13. The conveyors 11 respectively have a plurality of conveyors 11a to 11d installed in the relationship of V1<V2<=V3L<V3R<=V4 at their conveying speeds. When the freight groups 1 to 6 are initially conveyed onto the conveyor 11a and conveyed onto the conveyor 11b, the freights 1, 2 and 4 are separated from the freight 3 due to the speed relationship of V1<V2. When the freights 1, 2 are then coneyed to the conveyor 11c, the freight 1 is conveyed onto the conveyor 11CR of high speed side, and the freight 2 is conveyed onto the conveyor 11CL of low speed side. In the meantime, the freights 3, 4 are turned to be aligned due to the speed difference of the conveyors 11CR, 11CL. The freights 5, 6 are similarly conveyed to the freights 1, 2.</p> |
