PURPOSE:To increase the airtightness of the sealing tube by giving a deep forming to the sealing tube with projection of both the airtight terminal and the fit part. CONSTITUTION:The internal shape of the sealing tube which underwent the 4th P-process of the deep forming process is smaller than the prescribed shape. The fitting part of the sealing tube requiring an accurate shape is inserted through the 5th P-process shallower than the preceding porcess for punch B which is finished into the prescribed shape a little larger than the punch of the preceding process, thus the shape of the fitting part being shaped with correction. Only the fitting part of the sealing tube is shorter than the length of the sealing tube, so no clearance is needed between the internal shape of the sealing tube and the external shape of the punch. Thus, the sealing tube's internal shape becomes accurate following the punch external shape. Furthermore, the internal surface of the sealing tube can be finished smooth, so better high adhesion is secured to the airtight terminal with no occurrence of the defective air leak after sealing. Thus, the airtightness can be increased for the sealing tube. |
