PURPOSE:To ensure a small-scale device, by simply allowing oscillation and stop by prolonging the discharge time of a condenser for inverse-bias of an inverter transistor while mounting a switch of switching a starting resistance ON-OFF. CONSTITUTION:A switch SW2 for starting oscillation and for stopping it is connected in series with a starting resistance R2. The discharge time of a condenser C1 connected between a secondary winding N2 connected to a base of an oscillating transistor Tr and an emitter is made longer than a natural period in the case when the transistor Tr is in OFF. Consequently, the oscillation of an inverter can be started and stopped only by switching the switch SW2 ON-OFF, thus simplifying this device, then ensuring the small-scale device.
