JET DYEING APPARATUS A compact arrangement of electromagnetically operated valves utilized for controlling the flow of deflecting air in a dye jet printing apparatus, and wherein the valves are mounted on a plurality of supporting cards and are positioned in a geometric lattice thereon so that the magnetic field created in each valve during its operation intersects the magnetic axis of its adjacent valves at a generally right angle thereby minimizing interference between valves during their operation.
