PURPOSE:To enable a biohazard factor to be easily and efficiently sterilized, dissolved and washed of germ, virus, etc., by bringing ozone water, while it is circulated, into contact with an after-use or contaminated medical instrument in vivo. CONSTITUTION:Oxygen gas or dry air 1, supplied controlling an oxygen amount by an oxygen gas flow meter 7, is partly converted into ozone by an ozone generator 2 (concentration is variable by corona discharge voltage), and by introducing the obtained ozone to an ozone water regulator 3 forming a fine bubble by an ejector to be mixed with water introduced from a supply water port 8, ozone water is produced. This ozone water, which is introduced to a sterilizing and washing tank 6 by an ozone water circulating pump 5, sterilizes, dissolves and washes an after use or contaminated in vivo medical instrument, and the water, after its processing, is returned to the former ozone water regulator 3 and, after with ozone supplied again sufficiently, used for disinfection and washing in the sterilizing and washing tank 6, finally ozone sterilization is finished by disconnecting a power source. |
