PURPOSE:To automate the maintenance and inspection of a battery and save the labor of the maintenance and the inspection by comparing the arithmetic result of an arithmetic circuit estimating the electromotive force and internal resistance of the battery with a previously set reference value and deciding the state of the discharge of the battery. CONSTITUTION:The electromotive force E and internal resistance R of a battery 3 computed by an arithmetic circuit 24 are input to a decision circuit 25, and compared with each allowable value E0, R0 of electromotive force and internal resistance at the time of complete charge as the natural data of the battery 3 previously set into the decision circuit 25, and the decision circuit 25 judges the state of the battery 3. |
