The lever is mounted in a body of revolution (1) and has a shaft (2) connected with a clamping ring (3). It can stepwise rotate the body (1) by swinging the shaft (2) to-and-fro, so that the ring (3) rotates the body (1) in one direction, and releases it in the other. The clamping ring (3) extends in two arms away from the body (1). They enter into the shaft (2), with the arm (6) pivoting about a pin (7), while the arm (5) rests by a projection on the shaft (2) inner wall near its opening.
