PURPOSE:To produce a porcelain capacitor of small size and capacity by using a porcelain dielectric which has a low specific dielectric constant and a high capacity changing rate for temperature. CONSTITUTION:As a starting material, BaTiO3, SrTiO3 and MgTiO3 are prepared to have the composition, as seen in Table. The resultant mixture is filtered, dried and molded, followed by sintering. The sample thus obtained is metered in a frequency of 10 KHz. The results have revealed that sample No.l has a high capacity changing rate and a considerably high specific dielectric constant. Smaples No. 2 and 3 have one second and third of the conventional specific dielectric constant but one second and third of the conventional specific dielectric constant but a substantially equal capacity changing rate so that they can be the most suitable for a temperature compensating capacitor of small tupe. |
