PURPOSE:To make refine the collating and managing functions and to increase the reliability, by performing time control of the card users based on the registration number code read in the reader, in the coolating and managing unit utilizing cards as the collating media. CONSTITUTION:The card reader 2 detecting the code from the collation media such as the card 1 recording the registration number and the collation means 3 collating the code read in with the reader 2 under the collation conditions in advance, are provided and the opening unit 12 for the door 4 is managed by providing the monostable multivibator 11 operated with the output of the collation means 3. This collation means 3 is provided with the clock 9 generating the time signal and comparators 6a to 6n comparing the output of the memory unit 7 recording the registration code read in and the registration number for respective user, and the output of the comparator is fed to one of the AND gates 8a to 8b, the output of the clock section 9 is fed to the gates 8a to 8b, the specific time band signal is generated based on the registration code, and the users are managed for time. |
