PURPOSE:To obtain the dynamic range of high efficiency, low distortion factor, by performing class B operation with the radiation of electron beam alternately to two diodes, and by combinating the deflection modulation, density modultion or current modulation of electron beam. CONSTITUTION:The branch circuit 26 branching the input signal from the input terminal 30 to the signal paths of the first and second, phase shift circuit 28 provided at one branch path of the circuit 26, and tuning circuit 27 as the modulation set to change the density or current of the electron beam 22 with the signal from other branch path are provided. Further, the deflection set 29 deflecting electron beam 22 with the signal added via the phase shift circuit 28 for the signal from one branch path is provided and control is made that the maximum value of the amplitude of the instantaneous current of the electron beam 22 applied to the diodes 23-1 and 23-2 connected to the diode bias poner supplied 25-1 and 25-2 and that of the deflection position are timingly in agreeement. |
