<p>PURPOSE:To make possible automatic numerical judgement at a stable level irrespective of the number of poles by comparing the voltages induced in the search coils provided in proximity to both of the winding for test and a standard winding to which the power source of the same conditions is applied. CONSTITUTION:A standard winding 1 and test winding 2 wound on iron cores are both connected to a commercial power source 3 and search coils 4, 5 are provided to rotary discs 6, 7 in proximity to both windings 2, 3. The discs 6, 7 are rotated at the same speed by a drive motor 8 via timing belt 9, pulleys 10, 11, 12. The power source 3 is applied to the windings 1, 2 and the induction voltages generated are checked with the coils 4, 5. These are then compared and judged with a potential difference measuring instrument 13. The judgement operation is continuously performed by the synchronizing motion of the discs 6, 7, during which time even a slight difference in the impedances of the winding 2 may be detected with the measuring instrument 13. The comparison of the respective pole characteristics may be automatically performed in the state of the coils wound on the iron cores.</p> |
