<p>The device has a digital display, and the plant comprises a rechargeable battery. Two parallel signal diodes (15, 16) are connected through a switch (17, 18) each to supply voltage. When the supply voltage is below a specified level, one diode (15) is connected to the supply voltage, and when it exceeds the threshold, the other diode (16) is connected. The device thus signals when the voltage passes the given threshold in either direction. The device may be used in motor vehicles to give a measure of the state of battery charge.</p> |
