In this clamping device, the cutting-off saw blade (1) is clamped between a retaining ring (3) and a rotary machine part (2). Arranged in the retaining ring (3) is a clamping ring (12) which can be axially displaced by clamping screws (14) distributed symmetrically over the periphery, and the rotary machine part (2) has an encircling groove (15) lying opposite the clamping ring (12). The cutting-off saw blade can turn aside into the groove (15) when the clamping screws are tightened. Very good values with regard to fastening, concentricity and roundness and negligible out-of-balance as well as quick alignment are obtained with such a device. <IMAGE>
