<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the cooling effect of cooling water in the heating coil from being weakened by being heated with the radiation heat of the material to be heated, by equipping a cylinder made of heat-insulating materials inside the heating coil and fixing the above cylinder and the heating coil with adhesives. CONSTITUTION:The cylinder 3 made of heat-insulating materials of vermiculite or isolite is arranged inside the heating coil 1 and both of the cylinder 3 and the coil 1 are fixed with the refractory cement 2. By equipping the projections 4 at a part of the cylinder 3 made of heat-insulating materials, it is facilitated to fix with the cement 2. The cylinder 3 acts so as to restrain the heat radiated from the material 5 to be heated from being transmitted to the heating coil, raising the temperature of the cooling water in the heating coil 1 and weakening the cooling effect of cooling water.</p> |
