The trolley for handling dustbins, has an axle (2) to which is attached an almost vertical arm which acts as a handle (17). The arm has a hook (10) to hold the upper part of the dustbin. The arm is in three parts, all tubular, and the upper and lower parts sliding over the middle part. The moving part of the arm can be locked by a wing nut (20) in several positions, defined by holes. The top of the arm is bent to form a hand grip.
