ISO-PrNH2 salts of a mixt. of linear alkylbenzenesulfonic acids were used with an org. solvent such as standard solvent to prep. cleaning compds. having a high tolerance for water, and useful cleaning textiles, machinery, etc. Thus, CC12FCCIF2 contg. 4% iso-PrNH2 salt of a mixt. of linear alkylbenzenesulfonic acids (80% C11-12 alkyl, 19-24% (2-alkyl) benzenesulfonates) was emulsified with 9% water to prep. a cleaning compn.
