PURPOSE:To realize automatic aligning by connecting a rotary side member having an abutting member to a disk to a stationary side member via a thrust ball bearing with aligning washer and connecting the stationary side member to a pushing member via a floating mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The inner edge periphery of a magnetic disk 1 is chucked with a rotating member 23 being pushed and descended and polished by rotation. The rotating member 23 is fixed to a floating up 29 via a thrust ball bearing 27 with an aligning washer, the floating cup 29 is loosely fitted at specified gap to a pushing piece 22a and energized in the projecting direction from the pushing piece 22a by a spring 30. The pushing piece 22a is fixed to the pushing member 22. So the slippage of the center axial line between the center axial line of the pushing member 22 and rotating member 23 is automatically aligned by the gap between the pushing member 22a and floating cup 29, the disk 1 is smoothly rotated and the polishing work can be completely performed. |
