The placard-shaped advertising facility has a baseplate on which a panel body is supported by clips attached to the baseplate. Some of the clips are concealed and others are accessible and releasable. These releasable clips have retaining pins and are inserted into retaining holes in the baseplate. There they are secured by locking bolts introduced transversely to the retaining pins and passing through them. The locking bolts are movable parallel to the plane of the baseplate and are accessible from outside by a special tool.
