An elastic spring (6), in the form of an open annulus, partially surrounds the electronic module (2) and is housed in a channel made either in this module, or in the casing (1) of the watch. The annulus is connected to a battery (3) by a spring (18) and includes a boss (6a) enabling it to be positioned within the module and the latter to be indexed with respect to the casing. At the ends of the annulus there are bosses (6b) with drillings (6c) intended to grasp the annulus when it is mounted in the watch or the module. Under the action of the pushbuttons (5), the flexible ends (6d) of the annulus flex and touch the contacts (9) of the module, establishing the desired electrical connection. <IMAGE>
