A device charges raw materials into a blast furnace under continuous high pressure operation using const. pressurization valve II, and the materials are dropped on a small bell and then on a large bell. High pressure-special II operation circuit is to prolong the const. Pressure time of EV-II for changing the opening time of EV-II. The circuit of the device, which dose not give the opening orders for EV-I, controls the oepining time of EV-II in HP-S II.
