<p>Plant for continuous feeding of workpieces into reciprocating rolling mill. Twin, alternatively acting, billet feeding installation for reciprocating rolling mill comprises two either parallel or vertically separated spindles to which are attached retractable cross arms for engaging the billet holding slide, which return to their initial position after completion of a work cycle. Behind the slides for the billets there are further slides in series fitting telescopically into each other which are fitted with carrier arms which according to their position either support the billet or the mandrel rod.</p> |
