PURPOSE:To enable to obtain excellent radiation pattern having desired gain, by constituting the antenna with the corn hone linear waveguide and power feeding waveguide and providing the metallic zone inside the wall of the linear circulra waveguide. CONSTITUTION:The antenna consists of the cone horn 1, linear circular waveguide 2, two taper waveguides and feeding guide 3 different in opening angle, or of the horn 1, linear circular waveguide 2, step 7, taper waveguide 4 and feeding guide 3, and one metallic zone 6 is placed on the inner wall of the waveguide 2 or a plurality of it is placed toward guide axis. Thus, the desired gain is obtained and the radiation pattern less in the crossing deviation component for the circular polarized waves and arranged for the beam width of E and H plane for the straight line polarized waves can be obtained. |
