A measuring transducer is used which consists of a measuring circuit, a stator and a rotor. The measured value is transmitted to a remote indicator instrument, which will display the recorded position. The indicator element of the transducer is connected to the measuring circuit and the rotor of the remote position indicator. The connecting mechanism (3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8) between the pointer and the sensor (2) is mechanically coupled to the remote position indicator (17). The coupling is in the form of a shaft (9) with a gear system (8).
