PRODUCT TRANSFER CONTROL METHOD AND ITS DEVICE

PURPOSE:In the press device in which the pressed product is transferred from the device to the next process, the angle change amount of the swing angle for the main arm is detected and it is coincided with the angle set beforehand and the shift position is determined by the stepless mode and in high accuracy. CONSTITUTION:Introducing the technics of the position control to the timer, the swinging angle amount of a swing type arm 8 is converted to the electrical signal and then detection is effected. When the detection signal meets the desired swinging angle which is beforehand set, the timer releasing control such as a jaw 23 releases and an arm 8 stoppage is effected and then in addition to the time control & startup transferring control are effected so that the product is set in the accurate position and location.
