Two layers of non-woven materials are produced, one as the carrier layer and the other as a pattern layer. The pattern layer is dyed and fixed, laid over the carrier and bonded by a needle process. Where the needles pass through, the colours blend to give the completed material a three-dimensional pattern effect. |
