<p>The bracket for use in scaffolding on buildings is made up from a horizontal bearer, a vertical bearer firmly joined to this and detachably connectable to the scaffolding, and interconnecting struts. Along the length of the horizontal bearer there is an additional horizontal bearer, adjustable lengthways relative to the first and fixable in different positions. Spaced top and bottom abutments may be provided for this, the bottom one being pref. fitted on the strut, and it may have a guardrail post at its open end.</p> |
