Process and device for removing oil, cleaning, washing and drying industrial pieces especially objects having cavities. To clean rapidly, without any problem and practically automatically industrial pieces, a process is proposed wherein a centrifugal drum (1) full of the objects to be treated is rotated at a high rotating speed on a vertical rotation axis (27) allowing the removal of the oil from the objects and the draining of the removed oil; the centrifugal drum is then slowed down inclined in a cleansing position and rotated on a second inclined rotation axis at a lower rotating speed, so as to treat the objects placed in the centrifugal drum in the same manner as in a cleansing bell; cleaning and/or rinsing means are then introduced, particularly in a liquid form; after this washing the centrifugal drum is rotated at a higher speed still on the inclined rotation axis, thus allowing the draining, at least partially, of the cleaning and rinsing means and a redistribution of the objects to be treated in the centrifugal drum (1), avoiding bigger imbalances, and then the centrifugal drum is brought back to its vertical position and is rotated at high speed to allow the draining of the remainder of the cleaning and rinsing means and the drying of the objects to be treated. For the application of the process, a device is proposed having a drum axis which can be tilted from a vertical position to an inclined position, characterized in that the bottom of the support of the centrifugal drum has a draining conduit (17) at the lowest point of the inclined position. This conduit can be connected to a container for the expelled liquids, in particular oil, or to a container for the cleaning and/or rinsing means of a two-way valve (18). |
