The granulating and ensilaging machine has a rotor shaped such that the centrifugal movement is intensified by a suction effect produced by specially enlarged rotor tips. The housing (1) of the machine is fitted with a siece (2) mounted on the side wall. The rotor consists of two wings, each wing carrying on its tips enlargements (4, 4') shaped in such a way that it produces pressure with its front edge and suction with the rear part. The surfaces (13) of the enlargement are at a distance from the surface of the sieve producing the suction effect.
