<p>An assembly fixture forms and attaches a handle (1) to a bucket (8). Two hinged bending segments (4, 5) are located by the fixture frame (3) such that they can be hinged towards each other when the handle (1) is being formed. Two fixed form plates (2) are located across the centre of the bucket so that they act as being templates when the handle is formed. Whilst the handle is attached to the bucket, a pusher bar (10) between the templates (2) moves outwards and corrects a kink in the middle of the otherwise finished handle.</p> |
