PURPOSE:To increase energy effect and perform stable operation by opening and closing the generator coil of a magneto generator by using a field-effect thyristor. CONSTITUTION:The diodes 16 and 19 are for charging a condenser 17, and said condenser 17 is for turning-OFF a thyristor 15 by applying a reverse bias to the field-effect thyristor 15 in which a junction is formed by adding a layer to a vertical FET. As to the output of a primary winding 12 of a magneto generator 11, in (-) cycle, the field- effect thysristor 15 is in off state, and the cathode side of the field- effect thyristor 15 of the condenser 17 is charged (+), and the gate side is charged (-) by a circuit consisting of the diode 19, condenser 17, and the diode 16. In (+) cycle of the output of the primary coil 12, the field-effect thyristor 15 is in conduction state, and the primary coil 12 is short-circuited by a little on-voltage of the field-effect thyristor 15. |
