摘要 <p>Hoses are extruded from thermoplastic foil material through a divergent conical die with a central air inlet. A stack of cooling rings forms a divergent mould through which cooling air escapes through channels at an angle of 50 degrees-150 degrees (100 degrees-150 degrees) to the conical surface. After solidification, the hose is folded flat and extracted through pairs of rollers. This results in a greater uniformity of the wall thickness of the extruded hoses. The resin is kept clear of the mould as long as it is not solidified.</p>
