The valve has an operating lever 26 rotatable in a casing to effect via a pin and slot 36, 37 axial displacement of a closing element 23 in a bore 22 of the casing. The bore 22 extends normal to a through bore in the casing wherein is located a compressible hose 21 for the medium which is to be controlled such that the closing element can squeeze the hose to effect sealing. The casing is formed of two halves separated through a central plane with the casing bores being located in the plane to enable fast and simple assembly of the components into one half of the casing whereupon the other half is welded thereto. <IMAGE> |
