PURPOSE:To shorten the accumulation time simply by inserting an accumulated charge absorbing circuit consisting of an accumulated charge absorbing transistor and a reverse current preventing diode between the base and the emitter of a swithcing transistor. CONSTITUTION:In the secondary side of driving pulse transformer 1, accumulated charge absorbing circuit 4 consisting of accumulated charge absorbing transistor Tr2 and reverse current preventing diode 3, collector cut-off curret absorbing resistance 5, and switch operating Tr6 are provided. That is, the accumulated charge absorbing circuit is inserted between the base and the emittier of switch Tr6, so that the accumulation time can be shortened simply. |
