PURPOSE:To prevent a nozzle from being stopped up by mixing-in of dust by forming filter in a partition plate having a coupling path. CONSTITUTION:An outside room is provided with a flowing-in path, where ink is supplied from the outside, and a flowing-out path to make ink jet to the outside, and meanwhile, an inside room is parted from the outside room by a partition plate and is linked with the outside room through a coupling path provided in partition plate 12 and can increase the pressure in a short time. Here, when filter 6' is formed in partition plate 12 having the coupling path, the nozzle can be prevented from being stopped up by mixing-in of dust. |
