<p>The running roller for cable railway running gear has a base unit with hub, firmly joined to a plastics ring with a cable-fitting surface. The base unit (1) is also of plastics, and its surface (5) supporting the ring (2) is trunicated-cone shaped, with slopes of generatrices of the two surfaces corresponding. With the ring separated from the base unit, the diameter of its conical sheath is slightly smaller at every point than that of the base unit conical sheath.</p> |
