<p>Plastic window or door element's individual parts have mitre cuts at their free ends and are welded together at their cut faces. After heating the surfaces to be welded, they are pressed together and the plastics mass which swells on the profile exterior is deformed by a mould body into a weld bead which runs in the direction of the mitre cut, stands out above the profile surface, and has a given cross section.</p> |
