PURPOSE:To prevent a blocking by mixing polyester resin with a glass transition point higher than a room temperature and polyester resin with a glass transition point lower than a room temperature together and forming polyester resin as a material for forming an intermediate adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate adhesive layer 2 and a thermal transfer ink layer 3 are sequentially laminated on a base 1. The intermediate adhesive layer 2 consists of a mixture of polyester resin with a glass transition point higher than a room temperature and polyester resin with a glass transition point lower than a room temperature. Consequently, the intermediate adhesive layer is not allowed to become viscous or adhesive during manufacturing but is allowed to become pliable and characteristic of high adhesion as an ink sheet after the application of an ink layer can be displayed.
