<p>PURPOSE:To hold the connection torque from falling due to the increase in rotational frequency, by preventing the beat vibration between coupling teeth. CONSTITUTION:When a first power transmission plate 17 movable in the axial direction is rotated slowly through an adapter 18 and electrical current flows through a magnetic coil 4 contained in a stator 3, a magnetic flux is generated and the first power transmission plate 17 is attracted toward a second power transmission plate 2. Then, the coupling teeth 2a, 17a are engaged with each other to transmit power to a counterpart shaft 11 through a power shaft 5. An elastic member 19 is secured between the first power transmission plate 17 and the adapter 18, transmits the power and is deformed to completely engage the coupling teeth 2a, 17a with each other. Therefore, the beat vibration between the teeth is prevented.</p> |
