PURPOSE:To improve disadvantages such as a large number of steps, poor blank layout efficiency, the occurrence of non-symmetrical split vibrations, etc. and improve the charateristics in particular by bonding and molding a thin layer of metal or plastics on a specific carbon-fiber-reinfoeced plastic. CONSTITUTION:A thin plate of metal or plastics is superposed on the prepreg plate of carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic comprinsing impregnating and setting thermosetting resin in a plain or satin woven fabric of carbon fibers as a substrate. This diaphragm molding material 3 is held between molding molds 5, 6 and is heated and molded. After the molds 5, 6 are colsed, it is pressed and held, whereby the molding material 3 in which the yarn of the woven fabric has slipped to cause mesh deviation is formed. The impregnated resin is prepared by bonding the prepreg plate and the thin plate of metal or plastics and is set.
