PURPOSE:To increase the moisture absorption upon production by addition, to eliminate the problems of reduction in the paper strength due to metal corrosion or of formation of rust and to sufficiently satisfy the property of inflammability by using special sulfanilate. CONSTITUTION:A speaker diaphragm, which is prepared of natural cellulose fibers, is impregnated in a single treating liquid, which contains an inflammable agent of unsaturated phosphate vinyl ester, an inorganic salt of ammonium phoshate, a water repulsive agent such as fluorine-contained resin, and an ammonium or Na salt of sulfanilate as an anti-corrosion agent. The diaphragm thus impregnated is then dried and thermally molded. |
