<p>The device is for conveying empty animal hooks back to the start of the conveyor path in slaughterhouses or freezer plants. The empty hooks are transported on a return rail by a conveyor chain, which is guided in a tube provided with a continuous longitudinal slot and has regularly spaced pick-ups. The conveyor chain with its guide tube is arranged above the return rail. The pick-ups are in the form of spring plates, which are replaceably fixed to pick-up carriers which project downwards from the guide tube and are made of reinforced rubber.</p> |
